Educational Action

The NoNoma Federation encourages classes to get involved in this event by participating in the various activities organized at the CICG on May 22 or use this occasion to introduce students to the consequences of this poverty-caused disease. Many aspects of noma can be integrated into different lesson plans and in preparation for World Noma Day, serve as the basis for discussions on human rights, history, biology, geography or economy. 

Focus can be placed on:

• Building awareness or developing a class activity on the problem of noma and malnutrition in the world and/or
• Participating in activities organized for students:
  Visit the village from 09h00 to 18h00
  Informative sessions 13h15 and 15h00
  Youth Forum           14h00
